Uni-Stage System

The Uni-Stage System is an advanced scaffolding system engineered to handle heavy-duty construction works, for the following :

Maximum Load, Minimum Weight

It is a complete heavy-duty durable support system that has a permissible load of up to 64kN. The system includes components such as Uni-Standard, Uni-Ledger, base jack, U-Head jack, Cantilever Bracket and Connector.

Simplified & Time Saving Installation

The simplified installation process includes easy-to-understand instructions for workers, and uniform components which require less adjustments. Significantly reduces time to erect the structure compared to conventional scaffolding system.

High Safety Level

Provides a high level of safety. Complies with international standard ISO 9001:2008 and other safety standards.

Multiple Advantages

System bracing. Lighter, stronger and faster. Versatile with dual purpose. Galvanised products are available.

Ledger
The ledger has a captive wedge assembly which locates into the lug on the standard.

Standard
The Standard have lugs at 500mm centres to enable ledgers to be attached where required. Each Standard is capable of carrying loads up to 64kn with the ledger at 1.0m centre.

Uni-Shore System

The Uni-Shore System specifically caters for heavy-duty shoring required on bridge decks, pier heads, transfer beams, road opening and any structure with heavy concentrated loads.

Handles Higher Loads & Heights

Handles load up to 350kN and is able to scale up to 20metres high. Enables structural works to be done in challenging situations, such as elevated highways and bridge construction over deep valleys.
